Website and hosting
This notice covers the public company website marius.direct and its contact channels. Data processing in client projects is agreed separately.
The website and email mailbox are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. This technical service provider receives the data needed to operate the hosting and email services.
Page requests involve processing your IP address, request time and requested address, together with technical information sent by your browser. This can include browser and operating system, referring page, response status and size. The purposes are website delivery, fault investigation and protection against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable website operation.
Connection data is needed for transmission. Where technical logs are kept to investigate faults or security incidents, retention depends on the time needed to investigate and resolve the particular issue. You can request the logging periods applicable to this domain using the contact details above.
Contact by form, email or telephone
We process your contact details and message to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible project. The form requires your name, email address, the change you want and the intended outcome. Company and timing are optional. The selected project type, language, receipt time and enquiry reference are also stored. Please send only information needed for your enquiry.
Form submissions are stored on the hosting server outside the public website directory and reviewed manually. The form does not send an automatic email. If submission fails, you can open a draft in your own email application; that email is transmitted only when you send it. For telephone enquiries, we process the information you provide and, where applicable, your telephone number to handle the enquiry.
For an enquiry about a contract with you, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general enquiries or a company’s contact person, it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is handling business communications. Documents subject to statutory retention duties are processed under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Enquiries are retained while they are being handled. Closed enquiries that do not lead to a project are manually deleted no later than 90 days after closure, or earlier where required. Statutory retention duties or evidence needed to establish, exercise or defend specific legal claims may require longer retention of the relevant records. If a project results, relevant documents become part of the contract and business records and follow their applicable retention periods. Review and deletion are manual; the form has no automatic deletion period.
Contacting us is voluntary. The form cannot submit without the required fields, and we cannot reply without a way to contact you. We do not add your enquiry to a newsletter or advertising mailing list.
Protection against form abuse
The form uses a hidden check field and a server-side limit of five requests per IP address per hour. A hash is derived from the IP address, hourly window and a server-side value. A counter is stored under this pseudonymous key; the enquiry record does not contain the IP address. Hashes are not anonymous data.
Counter files older than two hours are cleaned up on the next valid form access. They may remain longer if no further access occurs. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is preventing spam and keeping the contact form available. No external CAPTCHA service is embedded.
Cookies, browser storage and external content
The company website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and stores no information in localStorage or sessionStorage. The address determines the language and page. A form draft remains in page memory during your visit, including navigation and language changes; reloading or closing the page discards it.
Fonts, images and interactive charts are served by the website host. There are no embedded videos, maps, advertising pixels or external analytics tools. External links, such as sources or VAT validation, are opened only when you select them. The destination provider’s notices then apply.
Recipients and transfers
Marius Müller, the proprietor, has access to enquiries. ALL-INKL.COM processes the data needed for website hosting and the email mailbox. Authorities or advisers bound by professional confidentiality may receive data where a legal duty or a particular legal matter requires it.
Website and email hosting are provided in Germany. The website embeds no services intended to transfer visitor or form data to a third country outside the European Economic Area. Sending an email may also involve the email services you choose. Services and any third-country transfers for a subsequent client project are assessed and agreed separately.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Please use the contact details above to exercise them.
Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR: you may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will stop processing unless compelling legitimate grounds or necessary legal claims justify continuing. You may object to direct marketing at any time without giving a reason.
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Consent is not required for the ordinary handling of a contact enquiry.
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), particularly where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. The authority for private businesses in Bavaria is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
Automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The form’s technical spam and access checks do not decide whether to enter into a contract or undertake a project.
